“I just finished the Strong Reset challenge and feel so proud of sticking with it. While the scale stayed mostly the same, my body composition changed. I’m tracking progress with a Hume scale and saw about a 1.2 lb increase in muscle along with a slight decrease in body fat percentage. I also noticed strength gains, my clothes are fitting better, and I feel stronger and more energized overall. One of my biggest takeaways is that workouts don’t have to be long or complicated to see progress. I was able to build strength with minimal equipment and quick workouts that actually fit into my busy life. Consistency truly wins, and showing up day after day makes all the difference. 🙌🏻”

"(Almost) 1 YEAR WITH EMPWR!!! Just finished week 1 of the July Challenege and realized the end of this challenge will bring me to my one year mark with Sam. 🤍 I started these workouts as an easy way to workout from home postpartum. I've done a lot of shifting workout times, nap schedules, wfh routines, weeks of completely falling off. But there's something that always brings me back 🫶🏼 Just wanted to say thank you to this wonderful group of ladies! (PS I weigh the same in both pictures! And didn't even notice the physical changes until I went back and looked)!! Hope everyone is ready for week 2!!!"
